JBI's Agile training course are to give the delegate an insight into the Agile/Scrum Project Management philosophy, and how it can be applied by various members of the project team.

Using the fundamentals of the Scrum product development methodology and Agile Project Management approach, the course will introduce delegates to Agile concepts and demonstrate how it can be used to deliver Scrum projects, with the fast pace, change and empowerment provided by Agile.

The course is interactive, with presentation sessions interspersed with group exercises and discussions.

JBI Training offers three courses in this group. Data Driven Product Management is a two-day course for product managers and product owners who want to make more evidence-based product decisions. Enterprise Architecture Foundations is a three-day course covering the principles and frameworks of enterprise architecture for architects, senior developers, and IT strategists. PRINCE2 7th Edition Foundation Certification is a three-day course preparing delegates for the PRINCE2 Foundation examination — one of the most widely recognised project management certifications globally. All courses are available as scheduled classroom sessions in London, as live online instructor-led training, or as customised onsite programmes for product and technology teams.
The Data Driven Product Management course is a two-day programme for product managers, product owners, and senior business analysts who want to move from intuition-based to evidence-based product decision-making. It covers how to define meaningful product metrics and KPIs aligned to business outcomes, how to use quantitative analytics data alongside qualitative user research, how to design and interpret A/B tests and experiments, how to prioritise the product backlog using data rather than stakeholder opinion alone, and how to build a data-informed product culture within an Agile team. It also addresses how AI-generated insights and analytics tools are changing product decision-making, including how to critically evaluate AI-assisted recommendations. It is suited to product managers and owners working in digital product environments across any sector.
Enterprise Architecture (EA) is the practice of designing and managing the structure of an organisation's IT systems, data, applications, and technology infrastructure in alignment with its business strategy and goals. It provides a structured framework for making technology investment decisions, managing complexity, and ensuring that individual systems and projects contribute coherently to the organisation's overall technology landscape. JBI's three-day Enterprise Architecture Foundations course covers the core concepts of enterprise architecture, leading frameworks including TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) and Zachman, architecture domains (business, data, application, and technology), the architecture development method, stakeholder management, and how enterprise architecture relates to cloud adoption, digital transformation, and AI strategy. It is suited to IT architects, senior developers, technology managers, and business analysts who are involved in strategic technology decisions.
PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) is a structured, process-based project management methodology that is one of the most widely adopted and recognised in the world — particularly in the UK public sector, financial services, and large enterprises globally. The 7th Edition, the most recent update to the methodology, places greater emphasis on flexible application, people and leadership, and integrating PRINCE2 with Agile and digital delivery approaches. JBI's three-day PRINCE2 7th Edition Foundation Certification course covers the PRINCE2 principles, practices, and processes, the seven themes of project management, how to tailor PRINCE2 to different project environments, and prepares delegates fully for the PRINCE2 Foundation examination. No prior PRINCE2 experience is required.
PRINCE2 7th Edition, published in 2023, represents a significant modernisation of the methodology compared to previous versions. Key changes include a stronger focus on people skills and leadership behaviours alongside process and governance, updated terminology — replacing the previous seven themes with seven practices and restructuring the seven processes — greater explicit guidance on tailoring PRINCE2 to Agile and digital delivery contexts, and a revised examination structure at both Foundation and Practitioner levels. The 7th Edition is designed to feel more accessible and applicable to modern project environments than earlier versions, while retaining the structured governance framework that makes PRINCE2 valuable in complex, high-stakes projects. JBI's PRINCE2 Foundation course is fully aligned with the 7th Edition.
Yes. All three courses in this group can be delivered as customised onsite or online programmes for corporate product, architecture, and project management teams. Content can be tailored to the organisation's specific product development process, technology landscape, and strategic priorities. For example, a product team adopting a more data-driven approach can receive Data Driven Product Management training using their own product metrics and analytics environment as the basis for exercises, while an architecture team can receive Enterprise Architecture Foundations training aligned to their current EA framework and cloud strategy. JBI has delivered product management, architecture, and project management training for organisations including the BBC, NHS, RBS, Sky, EDF, and Capita.
