Key takeaways
Most organisations have already given staff access to an AI assistant. A few people use it daily, but most try it once or twice, get patchy results and go back to their old habits.
The gap is rarely the tool. It’s knowing how to ask clearly, how to give the tool context, and which tasks it suits. A short, practical course closes that gap faster than self-teaching, because people practise on their own work with an expert on hand.
If your team is new to AI assistants, or using one without much structure, start with the basics and build up.
Our Claude training courses follow a clear pathway:
Every course is built around real tasks: cleaning data, building reports, drafting documents and preparing presentations.
Assistants answer questions. Agents take action. They plan multi-step tasks, call tools and APIs, retrieve company knowledge and keep working with little human input.
For developers, data teams and engineers, our Agentic AI training courses cover the full stack:
Not every agent needs a developer. Business teams can build useful workflow agents in Microsoft tools without writing code.
An AI assistant that only drafts text carries one set of risks. An agent that can use tools, connect to other systems and act on a user’s behalf carries a much larger one. Autonomy, integrations and tool use create attack paths that conventional applications don’t have.
The most effective way to find those weaknesses early is threat modelling: mapping the architecture, trust boundaries, data flows and agent interactions, then working out what could go wrong and how badly. Our AI Security training courses teach this hands-on, including Rapid Threat Model Prototyping, a practical method for quickly building and refining threat models of AI-agent systems. Delegates learn to:

Courses run as live online sessions, at our London training centre, or onsite at your organisation. Every course can be tailored to your tools, use cases and experience level, and we offer multi-course programmes for teams that want a complete pathway from beginner to advanced. Contact our team on 020 8446 7555 or enquiries@jbinternational.co.uk to discuss your requirements.
Do we need AI experience before training?
Not for beginner courses such as Claude Essentials. Developer and security courses assume relevant technical experience, and each course page lists its prerequisites.
What is agentic AI security?
It’s the practice of protecting AI systems that can act autonomously, use tools, interact with other systems and complete multi-step tasks. These capabilities create risks beyond those of conventional AI applications.
What is AI threat modelling?
A structured way to identify and assess security threats in an AI system by examining its architecture, trust boundaries, data flows, agent interactions and potential attack paths, so mitigations can be designed before deployment.
Should we train on AI security before or after rolling out AI tools?
Ideally before, or alongside. Basic privacy and data-handling knowledge matters from day one, and deeper security training becomes essential once AI is connected to company data or able to act on its own.
Can training be customised for our team?
Yes. All courses can be adapted to your organisation’s tools, tasks and skill level.
Are the courses available outside London?
Yes. Online live training is available anywhere in the UK and internationally, and onsite delivery can be arranged at your premises.
