Who should attend:	Developers who are looking to produce cross-browser rich internet applications using Microsoft Silverlight
Prerequisite Skills:	Some experience of developing AJAX, Python, Ruby, or .NET applications (.NET v1.1 or 2.0) and an understanding of general web technologies.

Windows Presentation Foundation Everywhere has been rebadged as "Silverlight", and is a strong contender in the Rich Internet Application battle, whose champions have long been Adobe's Flash and Flex products.

Unlike Windows Presentation Foundation, Silverlight is features cross-browser support, so it doesn't support the Windows APIs which allow access to 3D graphics hardware acceleration, but it does promise HD-quality streaming of video and a full set of rich media features.
