An overview of the organisation of a Prince project.
This module examines the importance of Risk Management, and the procedures used to ensure that risks are identified, suitable countermeasures established, and the extent of risk monitored throughout the project.
This module examines the approach used to ensure that all products delivered to the customer meet pre-determined and agreed quality criteria.
An overview of the procedures used to ensure that plans for the project are complete, consistent and achievable.
A review of the principles of project control and how these are implemented within Prince.
A review of the process used when the project is not proceeding according to the agreed plan, or when unforeseen issues arise.
