A leading Financial Services organisation was keen to get several of its teams working consistently in an "Agile" way.
Agile is an iterative approach to software delivery that builds software incrementally from the start of the project, instead of trying to do it all at once.
This methodiology was to ensure better communication and project management for teams of Developers and Product owners.
JBI's Scrum and Agile training courses were considered and a 2-day session was proposed, to be run several times to different teams, and with some customisation of each run, to suit the particular audience (team members, product owners..).
Although not initially a pre-requisite, the Scrum training provided also enabled delegates to sit the Professional Scrum Master Certification exams with all delegates achieving PSM status.
